Holiday Hours and Emergency Contact Information

As we enter the holiday season, our team at One Door Realty would like to share our upcoming office schedule and ensure that all tenants and property owners have the information they need. This time of year is special for many of us, and we hope you enjoy meaningful time with family and friends.

Our office will be closed November 27th and 28th in observance of Thanksgiving.
We will also be closed from December 24th through January 4th for Christmas and New Years.
We will resume normal business hours on January 5th.

Even though our office will be closed on these dates, our commitment to serving you remains unchanged. We want to make sure everyone feels supported and knows exactly how to reach us if an urgent issue arises.


Emergency Contact Information for Tenants

If you are a tenant and experience a true maintenance emergency while our office is closed, please call our after hours emergency line. 

Please remember that an emergency is a situation that cannot wait until the office reopens. Examples include active water leaks, sewer backup, loss of heat during freezing temperatures, electrical issues that pose a safety risk, or anything that creates immediate danger or property damage.

Non urgent requests should be submitted through your online portal or rmResident app as usual. These will be handled promptly when regular business hours resume.


Emergency Contact Information for Property Owners

Owner clients who need urgent assistance during the holiday closure may email their management team using the standard owner contact address. This inbox will be monitored for time sensitive matters. For routine questions, updates, or schedule based items, the team will respond as soon as the office reopens.

Our goal is to make sure you feel informed and supported throughout the holidays. Clear communication helps us protect your property and care for your tenants effectively, even when the office is closed.
